Rafael has more than 15 years of professional experience and has oriented his legal practice to advice and litigation in tax, foreign trade and administrative matters. He was appointed as PRODECON Delegate in Oaxaca.
Rafael is an expert in tax litigation and in the filing of Conclusive Agreements.
His practice includes issuing legal opinions, reviewing intercompany operations that have fiscal and administrative repercussions. In addition, in his experience as a litigator, he has obtained favorable resolutions for tax refunds, as well as for nullifying all tax credits and foreign trade matters.
In addition, his experience includes working as Manager of the legal area at the Salles Sainz Grant Thornton Firm.
He is authorized and prepared to practice tax litigation throughout Mexico, thanks to the implementation of the online trial by the Federal Court of Administrative Justice, as well as in the Federal Judiciary.
