Bachelor of Public Accounting and Finance, graduated from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, specializing in taxes and master’s degree in taxes from the Autonomous University of Coahuila, in turn is a Certified Public Accountant by the IMCP. Juan Carlos was a Deloitte Tax and Legal Services Partner. He has more than 18 years of experience in tax practice, serving national and foreign clients in various matters such as: tax and estate planning, reorganizations, representation before tax authorities, tax compliance, among others.
