Guillermo has more than 27 years of professional experience. He worked at Arthur Andersen from 1993 to 2002 and consolidated his professional career at Deloitte, where he was a Partner starting in 2008. He helped develop the Corporate Tax practice at both firms and led regional projects (courses for clients in the cities of Querétaro, León, Aguascalientes, San Luis Potosí and Guadalajara), as well as nationals, creating together with partners from other regions, the Service Group for companies from China (Chinese Service Group). During his years of experience, he has participated in multiple transactions with national and foreign companies, some of them world leaders in their field.

Education
• Graduate in Public Accounting from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara. He obtained a Diploma in Taxes from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara and from the College of Public Accountants. He studied and obtained the certificates in the following Graduate Programs at the Universidad Panamericana: Specialist in Corporate Law, Specialist in Corporate Finance and Specialist in Anthropology, Philosophy and Ethics. He obtained the certificate in Effective Management from the Intermediate Management Training Institute (ICAMI). He has a Master’s Degree in Business (MBA) from the Pan-American Institute of Senior Business Management (IPADE). He was a professor in the Master’s Degree in Comptrollership at the Universidad Panamericana for more than 10 years and for 22 years he taught in the Accounting career at the Universidad Panamericana.
